Note: As far as the redesign goes, I got impatient and went ahead without them. If they show me anything better, the site will change again. What do you guys think?

Since no one has apparently picked this up since I retired, it looks like I'm back again. I just can't let things sit untended... call it a flaw if you will.
I'll still be staying out of the affairs of the con, aside from handling my events and the technical issues related to the websites. I'm back but solely as the "web guy". So if anyone has any technical problems, issues, or suggestions, let me know!

It's almost that time. Just a couple more weeks until school starts again (for those still attending college who took the summer off). That means new people, new games, and eventually a brand new (most likely pink) Wii. Of course, the website still looks pretty crappy due to my perpetual laziness and twelve hour workdays, but we need to put on a good face for the newbs. This sites going to get cleaned up a bit, but most of the work will be done on my craptacular URIcon website. It should be done by the end of the first week of school, so check it out then and give me some feedback!
I also need anyone who wants to be posted on the memberlist to respond to my thread about it, and give me the name you want me to post. While your at it, stop by the Nifty Links thread... I want to overhaul that section, and I'm gonna need suggestions. You might also notice some sections of the site now have "-Quack" written on the bottom. This content is his stuff I carried over from the old site, just in case anyone was wondering.
And if you have any other comments/requests about/for the site? Just let me know by posting a thread on the forum or sending me a private message.

Elections have commenced, and now our new lords and masters will take their seats. The victors of the vicous gladitorial combat that are Gaming Club elections are as follows:

Hopefully they will lead the gameclub into a new era of prosperity and success.

New URI Gaming Club site up!

I'm proud to announce the new site design for the Gaming Club. I hope everyone enjoys it. It's not the prettiest sire ever, but it's simple and functional. It will continue to be updated quite frequently over the next couple weeks, so if you want to offer any assistance/advice/criticism (cosntructive of course), just post it on our message board! Sign-up is quick and easy (e-mail address required though).
I'm still looking for people to help me with the following aspects:
- Everyone to visit and post at the URIcon forum! We need ideas, volunteers, and game registrations, the sooner the better.
- Art and Icons : Need to be custom made
- Moderators for the forums

Games Less Ordinary
We are happy to help announce the opening of a brand new gaming store just up the road from us! The store is called Games Less Ordinary, and is located on Route 2, about 2 miles north of campus. They are already offering a 5% discount to anyone with a URI ID, and there are hopes for even more discounts on "large" purchases. Stay tuned for more details. :)
